Removal of Vacuum booster Rocky F75 TD
« on: June 24, 2018, 04:12:41 AM »
Hi All,
I am hoping someone has removed their brake booster and knows an easy way to do it. The workshop manual doesnt seem to cover removal of it and it doesnt look to be that easy without removing a lot of other stuff.
thanks
Rusty

Rusty, we'll see what happens here and then I can cross post elsewhere. I own an F300 US rocky...or I could help better. :)

Thanks again utherjorge,
i downloaded the brake manual on here just after I posted this question. Its the same as the copy I have from elsewhere except mine seems to have pages missing. The copy on here shows how its done and it looks quite easy, page BR41 if anyme else needs it.

Ive read a bit about your red truck, its coming along great!  Ive done heaps of repairs on mine over the last few months and probably should do a bit of a write up soon.

Thanks, Rusty! you should definitely add your info to a build thread so we can all see.

Mine might be legal, inspected, and on the road today! Fingers crossed!
