Well here in america we dont have the diesels so maybe the tcases are different but i know none of mine are noisy.  it sounds to me, if you changed your tcase once and still have the noise its in the transmission all the way up to the clutch.  I have a strong feeling its your throwout bearing(the bearing that rides on the clutch input shaft that pushes the clutch diaghram in when you depress the clutch.  Does the noise go away whenyou are sitting at a stop sign with the clutch depresed?

it dosent make the noise when your ideling with the clutch in or out its when you start moving but while you driving a long an then you put your foot on the clutch the noise almost goes u can just hear it an i mean just im starting to think it could be the rear diff an the noise is traveling through the transfer case an gearbox

if your driving along and push the clutch in the sound goes away then it is likely your throwout bearing.  as when you push your throwout bearing in your \"activating\" the bearing and thus making it spin properly, if its dry then it will make noise while free spinning

The diff could be making noise for sure.  i dont think its in the tcase.

could also be bad bearings inside the transmission.
