engine hesitating stalling
« on: August 06, 2013, 10:15:56 AM »
I recently did an engine change in my feroza. At first the engine went great, but now it has started hesitating/stalling after 3000rpm and is difficult to restart when the engine is hot. The engine check light comes on intermittently,so I did a diagnostic check and it flashed 4 times. According to the manual this is water temp sensor. I have put a new one in but symptoms persist...anyone got any ideas...also the bottom of the radiator doesn\'t get real hot...could this be the thermostat?

There are two water temperature sensors one for the dial gauge and one for the ECU.

The check engine light is on or off now?

Also check the circuit of the sensor.
