1,2,3 and 4 are in attached workshop manual page no# 5 goes to pve valve on front of tappet cover between plugs 1 and 2 and pipe 6 goes to hose from tappet cover at back between plugs 3 and 4
This is how my Australian Feroza goes
check and see if 1,2,3 and 4 arn't loose in throttle body all four of mine face roughly the same way back along the manifold. If these are loose you may have vacuum issues

Thanks for the explanation and pictures.  I have used this post to put my hoses back where they should be and now she runs a whole lot better.

Now just need to sort out the water hoses to the thermal valve on the bottom of the throttle body as I have no water flow so always operating well above idle.
